“Nursing is not merely an art; it is a science meticulously rooted in compassion, advanced knowledge, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful and transformative difference in the lives of others.” As a Family Nurse Practitioner, I approach every patient with a deep sense of purpose, guided by empathy, evidence-based care, and a commitment to healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is always to create a space where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Alexis began her nursing journey at Yale New Haven Hospital’s Smilow Cancer Center, where she developed a passion for holistic care while supporting patients and families through the challenges of cancer treatment. These early experiences revealed the power of connection, empathy, and resilience, shaping her philosophy that true healing encompasses far more than physical treatment. Her work became rooted in fostering strength, hope, and psychological well-being.
She went on to build a diverse clinical background at institutions including Stamford Hospital, Westchester Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and Weill Cornell Medical Center. Specializing in oncology and infusion therapy, Alexis gained deep expertise in complex care settings.
In 2017, Alexis joined American Infusion Centers, where she found a professional home that mirrored her values of family, trust, and patient-centered care. Rising to the role of Clinical Nursing Manager, she continues to advocate for patients with integrity and heart. Her dedication to lifelong learning and holistic healing empowers those she cares for, making each encounter an opportunity to deliver meaningful, transformative support.
